Yes — we apply the same standard as with fitness clubs and offices: a dedicated team assigned to the address, trusted cleaning products, and the option of a regular arrangement or a one-time clean.
How do I hand over keys if I won't be home?
Keys are handed over in person to a manager or the assigned cleaner on site. We work in a mobile format, so keys are never stored at an office — they stay safely and confidentially with the senior project manager, and are always returned to the owner against a signed receipt once the job is done.
Can I get an invoice for cleaning my apartment?
Yes, every job — including for individual clients — can be settled with a VAT invoice.
What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?
We hold a current liability (OC) insurance policy. If something is damaged, we first repair or redo the issue free of charge, and if that isn't enough, the cost is covered by our insurance.
