1. Data controller

The data controller is Kateryna Mamiieva, trading as a sole proprietorship under the name Kateryna Mamiieva LECIMY - CLEANING, based in Warsaw, Poland, NIP (tax ID): 1182331624, REGON: 545011119 (referred to as "Lecimy Cleaning" or "we").

2. What data we process and why

2.1. Quote request (website form)

When you fill in the "Get a quote" form, we process the data you provide: type of property, approximate area, cleaning frequency, district, and your phone number and/or email address. We also record technical details about the submission (UTM traffic source, referring page, the page the form was submitted from) to help us understand where requests come from.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — preparing a quote) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in following up and preparing an offer).

Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to receive a quote — without a phone number or email we won't be able to contact you back.

2.2. Email and phone correspondence

If you contact us directly (email, phone, WhatsApp), we process the data included in that correspondence in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare an offer. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling inquiries).

2.3. Entering into and performing a cleaning contract

If you become our client, we process your data (or the data of your company's contact person) to conclude and perform the contract, including issuing a VAT invoice. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (tax and accounting obligations).

2.4. Website analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics tags do not load until you give consent in the cookie banner — analytics storage is denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2). See the Cookie Policy for details.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie banner settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

3. Who we share data with

Your data may be shared with providers who support us technically:

• Netlify, Inc. — our hosting and network infrastructure provider for lecimycleaning.com.
• Google Ireland Limited — only with your consent, in connection with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (section 2.4).
• Trello, Inc. (Atlassian) — we forward inquiry data to our internal Trello task board to manage quote requests. A DPA with Atlassian has been signed.

Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the US). In such cases we rely on safeguards that ensure an adequate level of data protection, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the provider's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep quote-request data for 12 months from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded earlier — in that case we keep the data for the duration of the cooperation and for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the last invoice was issued).

5. Your rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data ("the right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent),
• lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland), if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully.

6. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

We may occasionally update this policy, for example due to changes in the law or new features on the site. The current version is always available at this address, and the "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest change.
