We typically schedule the mobile team within 24–48 hours of confirming the job and the property details. At this stage we prioritize quality of work over speed, so we don't offer an express "2-hour" option — instead we offer priority "next-day cleaning" for clients on a tight schedule.
Do you also clean the exterior area (e.g. around the entrance)?
Standard post-renovation cleaning covers only the interior of the property. Cleaning the surrounding area (entrance, porch, washing pavement or a stairwell) is an add-on service, priced separately depending on scope.
Does someone check the cleaning quality before handover?
Yes — the team leader checks the completed work before handover, so we catch anything missed before the client does.
What if something gets missed after cleaning?
Let us know and we'll fix it free of charge.
What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?
We hold a current liability (OC) insurance policy. If something is damaged, we first repair or redo the issue free of charge, and if that isn't enough, the cost is covered by our insurance.
