How quickly can I get a quote?
We prepare an initial quote within 15 minutes of your request, based on the information from the form (property type, area, frequency). The final offer requires a free on-site visit.
Do you sign a contract and issue a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every partnership is based on a written contract, and every job is billed with a VAT invoice. On request we also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold a current liability insurance policy with a coverage amount of 150,000 PLN. If something is damaged, we first repair or redo it free of charge, and if that isn't enough, the cost is covered by our insurance.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning quality?
Let us know and we'll fix it free of charge. If something gets damaged during the job, we repair it at our own cost or it's covered by our liability insurance.
Do you clean outside the property's standard business hours?
Yes, we adapt the schedule to the club, studio or office's opening hours — cleaning can happen before opening, after closing, or during breaks.
What chemical products do you use?
We use professional cleaning products that meet ECO environmental safety standards — effective against dirt and bacteria, while safe for people, pets and the environment.
